This stylish four-bedroom, four-bathroom apartment located one street back from the Cairns Esplanade with a large rooftop terrace and mountain and partial water views is one not to be missed.

The unit contains everything you need to eat in, relax, and enjoy our amazing climate.

Suitable for holidaymakers, families, couples travelling together, or temporary business residents.

Take advantage of the short distance to all major attractions and restaurants.

THE SPACE:
Superior Luxury Apartment in the City 19 is situated on the top (3rd) floor, accessible by lift from the ground floor and carpark.

The large lounge area opening onto the terrace with a mountain and partial ocean view offers a suite perfect for lazing in front of the Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and local channels. Free WiFi along with a selection of board games and 2 scooters for the kids is provided for your entertainment during your stay.

All four air-conditioned bedrooms have quality mattresses, ceiling fans and wall-mounted TV for easy viewing whilst in bed. Two bedrooms on the right side of the apartment have queen-size beds, wardrobes and a sliding glass door access to the terrace. The other two bedrooms on the left side of the apartment have two single-size beds (each) and wardrobes. A high chair and porta cot for your little one can be found in the master bedroom.

The unit comes with four bathrooms, separate internal laundry and high-quality towels and bed linen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave as well as all basic kitchenware. A coffee Nespresso machine is provided and a few other staples for your convenience.

Two allocated car parking bays in the building garage for your sole use are included in your reservation as well as access to the outdoor swimming pool.

We have another two-bedroom apartment (Apartment Close To The City Life on Lake 3) in this complex that would be suitable for group bookings.

As we are not a hotel, we only provide a starter amenities pack for your convenience. Any further supplies needed will need to be purchased for yourself.

Host was very accommodating. Great location - easy walk to the Esplanade. Garage parking was great but recommend a small car as it was a tight fit :) Apartment was clean and felt at home here.

Nice size apartment for a group of friends or family. Clean and everything was as advertised. Slightly confusing communication between 2 different people via Vrbo messaging and the owner calling me. Asking for a cash security deposit sounded sketchy but in the end they did a CC hold and it was fine.
