Come enjoy the convenience of this 1 bedroom condo located just across the street from the village and lifts at Stratton Mountain Resort. Our 1 bedroom condo is in the Long Trail House featuring great amenities and an awesome mountain location. Park in the heated garage beneath Long Trail, store your gear in the ski lockers and walk across the street for direct access to the lifts as well as the shops and restaurants in the village.

The condo features views of the skating pond, a living room with gas fireplace and flat screen TV, a pull out full size sofa bed, a bedroom with queen bed and small kitchen with granite countertops. The unit has WiFi and cable TV.

Long Trail House amenities include 2 hot tubs and an outdoor heated pool, all open year round. A well appointed lounge with wood burning fireplace overlooks the pool area. The concierge sets up complimentary coffee and pastries in high seasons. Common laundry area also located a few doors down from the unit. Parking for one car in the heated parking garage included.

My wife, son and I had a great ski weekend! The condo is in an extremely convenient location right across the street from the lifts and shops and comes with access to a ski locker. We also really enjoyed the outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. Liz and Steve were very friendly hosts. We will definitely be back in the future!

Unit was comfortable. Just a few doors over to the hot tub and sauna. Well equipped kitchen, but no ice trays! We had to go to that overpriced market/deli and get ripped off. If staying for 2 days, valet your skis by the gondola. A real pain carrying them from the unit to the lifts.

Great location for a Stratton weekend ski trip

This condo had everything we needed for a weekend ski trip to Stratton for our family of three. Short walk across the Mountain Access Road to all the restaurants and shops. A little bit further walk to the ski lifts, but not bad at all. Property is very well managed. We did not use them, but the outdoor pool and hot tubs looked inviting. Don't miss drinks and delicious appetizers just across the street at Fire House Tavern. We would definitely stay here again.

It’s a quite and cozy first floor unit. The owners are responsive and considerate. It’s about 5-7 min walk through the village to Stratton main base lodge with gear on. The garage is heated, which is a very nice feature. Close to the hot tubs and heated pool of the property. The property has ski storage. The owner provides the lock for guest’s convenience. Elevators make going up and down with gear on very helpful.

Fell a little short for the money we spent

Nice condo; awesome location for enjoying the mountain and restaurants/bars; the condo was what we were looking for in regard to location and convenience. However, for the amount of money that we spent some of the particulars should have been top notch and they were not quite up to par. For example: the check-in process was not clear at all and ended up being very frustrating and time consuming; the bedroom television did not work; the pull out couch was "crunchy" and the couch was not very clean; the supply of linens, kitchen supplies and toilet paper was not up to par.

Summer weekend getaway with grandkids

Condo was perfect for us and 2 grandsons. Pool was right around the corner from the unit, but noise was never a factor. We appreciated the indoor parking on this hot weekend. Great being able to walk to the Village. The balcony was a bonus room for reading or games. .
