We have stayed on the property twice now and had great experiences both times! Beautiful location, back, yard, and super close to Liberty University and shops/restaurants.
Was a good stay. Room was quiet and peaceful . Location was good, close things of interest to me. Host was responsive and communicated quickly. I would stay here again.
This is ‘our’ go to place to stay when in Lynchburg! Who needs 5-stars when you can have privacy, quiet, and a clean place to stay that is conveniently located!
The tiny home actually felt quite open and spacious with its efficient layout. All essential amenities are met while exhibiting a fun NYC theme. The bathroom‘s LED lights, Bluetooth speaker, and spacious shower exemplifies Marvin Gaye’s “Let’s Get It On”. Excellent stay, recommend only 2 people for comfortable space.

The property was cozy, clean and comfortable. The owners thought of everything to make us feel at home. The area was quiet and easy to find. We appreciated the high end finishes and how well the decor had been done. Thanks for the instructions on how to work the TV!

Clean, comfortable, convenient, everything we needed was provided. Residential area with a rural feel. No traffic noise, no people upstairs stomping around, no slamming doors at 2am. Our first tiny house experience and we may never stay in a hotel again! Looking at dates to reserve again in the spring. Was a truly great experience.
Stephen's property was exactly what my husband and I needed for our stay to check out two local museums over the weekend. The place was also close to downtown Lynchburg where we had dinner on Saturday night. Great communication with the host too. Highly recommend to future travelers!
The property was as described and in a peaceful, quiet area of Lynchburg. We had restful sleep each night in a bed that was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Stephen, the host, was an A+ in communication, friendliness, and checking in to ensure we were comfy. Only glitch was our navigation system kept insisting the property was on the left - it wasn’t. Easily solved by referring to the photo of the property exterior in the VRBO App.
This was my second time staying at the tiny house, and it's just as great as before. Stephen was great to work with and always responded quickly. I like how the property is centrally located and pretty close to everywhere I needed to go.
I'll definitely book the a Tiny House again!!
Was a great property for our short getaway and the owner was very responsive in messaging. We had a wonderful time staying at this property in Lynchburg and would definitely stay again!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean, welcoming, and accommodating. It was nice to see extra special touches such as a welcome sign! Definitely recommend and would stay again.
My husband and I had a wonderful, relaxing stay in the super cute, super clean tiny home! Stephen was very helpful and available. We enjoyed sightseeing in Lynchburg and Amherst and just taking in the beautiful mountain and river views. We would definitely stay here again! The tiny home had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay.
I can't say enough about this little place!
My husband and I were very impressed with everything about it and I would recommend everyone who is coming to visit Lynchburg.
We came to watch our granddaughter do her ballet recital and It was convenient for all the places we went to.
Thanks so much

Lovely tiny home!
We had a great stay at this tiny home! The home itself was lovely and inviting, and we would stay again. The only drawbacks were: the oven/stove could use a GOOD scrubbing. Both were VERY dirty from prior use. The other issue was lack of towels. One towel set/person was provided and we were asked not to launder them, which was fine. While we could have requested more towels, it seems like visitors staying multiple nights should be provided with more than one towel without having to request fresh linens. The only other issue we had was that the mirrored closet doors did not work properly. It took a GREAT deal of effort to move them back and forth to access the closet, which was tricky because we didn't want to break anything. Nothing was a deal breaker, and we would certainly recommend the home overall, but those little details make a difference. Thanks for letting us stay!

Two Nights in Lynchburg.
Really enjoyed the place, it was exactly as it appeared in the listing. It was conveniently located to all locals that we wanted to see. It was so much better than staying in a hotel. Loved the privacy and the whole layout of the studio. The ease of booking and the affordability was great. However, the Devil is in the details. A little more time and attention paid to detailed cleaning would go a long way, i.e. dried toothpaste on the toothbrush holder, the soiled dishcloth and the hair trimmings around the sink where a bit of a put off. Iron out these minor details and the place would truly be phenomenal.

Charming
When I opened the door into the Tiny House I was greeted with a personal welcome...and it only got better from there. I wasn't sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised by everything. From the kitchen to the bathroom to the very comfortable bed. I know that I'll be traveling to Lynchburg and I will, hopefully, be staying here again.

Cozy, warm and just perfect
My husband and I rented this studio when we were in Lynchburg to visit our daughter and meet our granddaughter for the first time. It is exactly as portrayed. Very clean and cozy and had everything we needed. Couldn't have been happier with our choice. We will definitely return.
