Attractive air-conditioned and spacious apartment is located in historical centre on Rimska cesta, behind the Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Drama theater and in vicinity to congress center Cankarjev dom, just a step away from tourist attractions, only 800 m away from main square. Lively bars and restaurants are just a step away from the apartment.

It is in the 1st floor of the low traditional building without elevator access. Apartment has bedroom with two twin beds. In spacious living area there is a kitchen with large refrigerator, glass-ceramic oven, stove, dinning corner, comfortable sofa, writing desk and LCD TV. Above the kitchen part there is a low gallery with additional mattress bed (140 x 200 cm). The bathroom is equipped with shower and washing machine. The apartment is fully equipped with cooking utensils, cutlery, towels, linen, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, telephone, CATV, free broadband wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) internet access.

Arrival takes place from 14:00 to 21:00 and departure up to 10:00. Guests are welcomed in person. For late arrival from 21:00 to 24:00 there is an additional fee of 30,00 EUR or self-check-in option free of charge. For arrival after 24:00 only self-check-in option is available.

The cost of a tourist tax is not included in the price - guests are requested to settle it upon check-in. It is 3,13 EUR/day/adult and 1,57 EUR/day/child (7-18 years).
