Los Cabos Private Villa at Hacienda Encantada

This is a beautiful private 3 bedroom Villa 3, (1 or 2 stories are available). The Villas are located on the Hacienda Encantada resort property. This is a beautiful get-a-way that is fully furnished inside and outside. Best for vacationing families with or without children, or just for a bunch of vacationing friends. The Villas have a beautiful ocean view. They come with the dream backyard, equipped with a private pool with a swim-up bar and barbeque, hot tube, baby pool, and cozy firepit for an evening gathering. Watching the sunrise in the private hot tube, sipping on some hot Spanish coffee is the best part of my vacation.
The villa has 2 master suites and a third bedroom with 2 queen beds. The downstairs living room can also be turned into a bedroom. The villa can accommodate up to 10 people. There are 2-1/2 baths on the first floor, and 3 full baths on the lower floor, with an additional pool bathroom.
The first-floor master suite bath has inside and outside showers.
The Villa comes with a fully functioning kitchen with all the amenities. Along with laundry facilities. There are daily maid service, pool service, and a butler to help with arranging reservations, transportation, and activities.
The all-inclusive package is optional. The all-inclusive can be for 7, 5 or 3 days, which is not included in the rental fee. The all-inclusive is well worth the money includes all the restaurants at the resort, 24-hour room service, daily stocked refrigerator with water, beer and sodas. It also includes restaurants at the Fiesta Marina sister resort and also restaurants on the Gold Coast Marina. There is a grocery store for snacks and other necessities on the resort property or you can have a shuttle to Costco and the liqueur store.
The accommodation also includes reduced rentals for deep-sea fish, yachting. golfing., horseback riding, and bicycling to mention a few. Of course, you can also do adventure ATV riding in the desert and beach, whale watching, sunset dinner cruises or just lay on the beach. There are endless activities.

The minimum stay is 7 days, Saturday to Saturday or there could be exceptions upon availability. No Pets. No smoking is allowed in the villas but is fine outdoors. To see more pictures or have questions please enquire via email.

2. 24 hours are needed to confirm dates.
3. A $2400 deposit is required, and a signed rental agreement.
4. The deposit is NON- REFUNDABLE.
5. No reservation will be made until the deposit has been paid.
