About the host

It's not about me but my family. My wife and I are professional and work too many hours a week. Our kids are just as busy growing up they had all sorts of school activities sports etc. We really never had time to just relax together we were always running to get to another place and most of the time we were not together. So my wife and I came to the agreement that we needed one or two weeks to detach ourselves from this life and just spend quality time with the kids and relax. This is why we purchased a timeshare force relaxation.
Why they chose this property
I have a family and for the most part, we are beach vacationers. We have been to Hilton Head, Florida, Outerbanks, and NC coast to mention a few places. The issue is the weather sometimes its not so great. Sometimes the accommodations are not the best. Once we started going a little farther south to Cancun Mexico, the weather was better during the times the kids were off for school. Even the partly cloudy days were warm. We could do things like swim with dolphins and deep-sea fishing and it was affordable. Then Cancun got a bit more commercialized so we tried Las Cabo Mexico. We have now gone there for the last 5 years and we love it. It's not as commercialized, its beautiful, the weather is always perfect. We usually go in December or early January or at spring break when the kids are off for school. Most places get really crowded but Cabo is not as busy as other vacation spots. The food is better the hospitality is better and most importantly you can walk the streets and feel safe.
What makes this property unique
There is so much to do in Las Cabo. My son loves to deep-sea fish. My wife and daughter love to layout and get their Vitamin D. My son and I love to go deep-sea fishing and golfing. I would have never thought we could catch, Maui Maui, Tuna, or Marlins. Every time we go out we are never disappointed in Cabo. Now my wife and daughter come fishing they enjoy it more than we do. We caught 4 Marlins one bigger than the other 2 years ago. I have had a resort timeshare for years. Why because it forces us to take a vacation and we make some wonderful memories with our kids that they will remember forever. I am getting older now and I don't want to fight for poolside chairs at the crack of dawn. The Villa is a slice of paradise, tranquil, private and the kids love it. Now that they are in college they bring a friend with them and they have a great time. the butler service is awesome, I don't have to even plan the excursion.
