Un séjour très agréable mais le service client Abritel deplorable

Nous avons été accueilli par des propriétaires charmants,très surpris de nous voir arriver alors qu Abritel qui avait prélevé sur mon compte bancaire depuis plus d' un mois les frais de séjour ne leur avait pas versé le moindre centimes. Ils ont néanmoins été des hôtes charmants,aux petits soins. Les chambres étaient grandes et confortables,les petits déjeuners parfaits,la plage a quelques dizaines de mètres. Les repas optionnels étaient délicieux. En conclusion ,je retournerai dans cette maison particulière,sans l intermédiaire d'abritel qui s est avéré absolument nul et dont le service client se résume a des discussions sans queue ni tête avec un robot, cette première expérience avec Abritel me conduira désormais a réserver sur un site concurrent,d une parfaite efficacité,qui plus est ne prélevé pas d'argent sur le compte des clients
