Nestled on the side of Arthurs Seat National Park is this 2 storey home with stunning views of Port Phillip Bay. If you wish to experience the beautiful wineries, local produce, swim with the dolphins, tree surfing, SUP boating, views from the Eagle chairlift, Dromana drive in, local breweries and all the art and culture the Mornington Peninsula has to share then this is the place for you. The home has 2 bedrooms, 1 lounge and bathroom upstairs and 1 bedroom with lounge/office and bathroom downstairs. Big back yard with relaxing BBQ area out the back and balcony with amazing views out front. Watch the huge container ships and sailing craft on the Bay in the day time and enjoy the wonderful lights of the Peninsula at night while enjoying a glass of wine from a local vineyard
