Beautiful 1750 sf semi detached home with garage on a very flat lot with ground floor entry in a small private strata.
This home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a large den.
Amenities include a main floor hot tub with beautiful view of the Monashee Mountains, and premium viewing for the weekly fireworks right from the hot tub.
Home has 17 foot vaulted ceilings on the main floor, radiant heat, a steam shower in the Master Ensuite and a great big gas fireplace. All appliances you will need including Washer, Dryer and Dishwasher. Kitchen is fully equipped and includes everything you need for your family apres ski.
You can ski in and ski out or walk to the Happy Valley Lodge, skating rink and tube sledding track or take a gondola ride up to the Big White Village.
Also centrally located for your mountain biking adventure!
