Clean, good location. Should have much better sheets and pillows for the price.

Thank you very much for the feedback. We take much pride in hosting and take reviews very seriously. We have been renting our unit for 8 years now purchasing and replacing the same quality of sheets with no complaints as past reviews will show. Pillows and beds are subjective and we have top of the line pillows and beds. The pillows are expensive down pillows and some people may not like that kind of pillow but in our experience of renting and staying in other high end rentals and hotels, down is the best quality as it is best for the head to rest in without propping up the head and kinking the neck for neck pain. This guest did demand that we replace the bedding for $200 and take it off the price of the stay, stating that the bedding was rough on his skin.
The renter was amazing and very helpful. He responded quickly when we had questions. The place was nice and comfortable! Clean and classy! It was exactly what we needed!! We will be back for sure!

Cozy studio apartment within walking distance from downtown Aspen. Well equipped kitchen to make meals, enjoyed the Nespresso maker. Good communication with property owners.
This was probably the most stacked and equipped place we ever stayed with. It literally has everything one can imagine. All appliances are new and in perfect working condition. Location is in a walking distance from downtown. Parking was not a problem at all. We would really want to come back!
Thanks for having us..our stay was great and comfortable..such an amazing location and in walking distance to many places. We had such an amazing time in Aspen, looking to come back again already.
