Really nice home one block off University Ave

This home was built in 2014. The floor plan and everything about the home is modern. Located on a quiet street a block off University Boulevard. The location is convenient to Williston State University and local shopping. The new Williston airport is easy to access from this location.
The house is furnished with nice new furniture, TVs and has all the amenities you would need. Master has king bed, second bedroom queen and third two twin beds. The twin beds can be pushed together to make a king.
There are stairs going up to the bedrooms which are easily navigated if you are not handicapped.
There is a garage which can be opened and closed using smart phone. No work trucks in garage. Owners car will be on one side of garage leaving other side open. Plenty of on street or driveway parking if you are towing a boat.
Each of our sons own a home on the same street and can help us with renter assistance as needed.

Wonderful home

Everything you could want for a vacation stay. A beautiful home furnished like you lived there in a quiet neighborhood close to anything we wanted in town. Great host!

Nice Townhouse

Stayed for 5 nights. Was given the wrong entry code by VBRO so had to wait for owner to issue a new one. Owners son assisted, lives nearby. Poor instructions for entry didn’t know you did code and Check Mark too, thermostat, it was 70 deg and last night there it was 28 deg outside, didn’t know how to switch from cooling to heating. Overall really nice place.

We really appreciated the setup. Everything was very clean. The beds were comfy, kitchen well equipped, TV and streaming services were nice. Alexa speakers were a bonus! Check in/out was easy. Great communication with the owner. Would definitely stay here again.

Stopover on our way east

We stopped here on our roadtrip to Wisconsin. Williston and accommodations were nice. The owners were very responsive and helpful. The house has everything needed and the online listing is accurate. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

North Dakota blizzard

This family went above abs beyond what is expected of a host. My friend and I came out for a PRCA rodeo and ended up getting snowed in. Norm and his whole family made us feel like family by allowing us to stay a couple nights longer at his property and providing us with a roof over our heads during a blizzard and power outage. Can’t thank Norm and his family for making our trip very successful!

Another great stay at Norman and Susans' in Williston, as spring comes, so do the sounds of birds and not the sound of traffic as the location is close enough to all the places you need but in a quiet nieghborhood that you don't hear the hustle and bustle. Thanx again!!

Summer is coming

With summer coning it was great to be able to go for nice walks in the evening after grilling supper on the BBQ, the amenities at Norman and Susans' are excellent with a great location. Looking forward to staying again.

We had a great stay at Norman and Susans' home in Williston, it was like we never left our own home, all the comforts of home. Communication with Norman is second to none, he answered any questions we had and could always point us in the right direction, can't wait to stay again.
