We appreciate you taking the time to give us feedback about your stay, and that even though you stated that you loved the condo and the resort, we are sorry you experienced some inconvenience of the necessary pool works that had to be done that week by the homeowners association of Le Vent resort to improve the resort complex. It is indeed our policy that we do not refund for necessary property improvements or any other inconvenience caused by a third party. Nonetheless, your comfort is our priority! On the day that you brought forward your inconvenience to our Prestige team, which was three days before your departure date, we immediately started to look for solutions to either arrange a move to a different unit at one of our other resorts in Eagle Beach, or a refund for your remaining nights. Both options would be at a rental loss for the owner, but then again your comfort is our priority. However, at that time, you declined both of the offers and you decided to stay. At least until two days later, the day before your original departure date, when you surprisingly departed a day earlier. We do hope you carried many fond memories of your Aruba vacation and if your travels ever bring you back to our One Happy Island, please do not hesitate to contact us.
