"Sandy Stroll" is a short walking distance away from the Gulf's emerald waters with a beautiful white sandy beach as well as a quick golf cart ride to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and ever-so-popular beachside bars such as Pompano Joe's, Whale's Tail, and Surf Hut! If shopping is on your itinerary, our home is within 2 miles of the famous Silver Sands Outlet mall, high-end retail at Shops at Grand Boulevard (Lilly Pulitzer, Peter, Millar, Tommy Bahama, Lululemon, Anthropologie, Vineyard Vines, etc.), and Destin Commons.

"Sandy Stroll" comes with so many amenities to make your stay great! FIRST FLOOR:

Kitchen: stainless steel appliances with two refrigerators, ice maker, large pantry, beautiful stone counter tops, and an open floor plan extending into the dining and living area that is perfect for entertaining your group!

Living Area: Open concept and full of natural light with French doors exiting to the pool patio. 2 large couches + 2 cozy chairs surround the 60-inch flat screen TV, offering lots of seating for movie night or the big game. One of these couches also pulls out into a double bed.

Dining: Located off of the kitchen area, the dining table has seating for 8 as well as 6 barstools at the kitchen island. There is also a separate dining table with seating for 6 by the pool.

Backyard/Pool Patio: Located in the backyard of the home is your own private pool (heating optional) with a large deep end swim out bench, a large sunbathing area with 8 chaise loungers, chairs, picnic table, and propane grill!

Additional Details:

✔️Pool Heating available upon request for an additional fee of $400+ tax. The golf cart will be fully charged and ready for you when you arrive.

✔️What we provide: Each home comes supplied with all bed/bath linens, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish pod, 1 trash bag per trash can in bathroom and kitchen.

✔️Things to bring: beach towels, beach items (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys), laundry detergent, extra toilet paper and paper towels, shampoo and body wash, extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent pods. You might also want to bring extra blankets during the cooler months as we do not provide them.

✔️Your reservation comes with $650 of property protection insurance to cover any incidentals that may occur during your stay. We respect your privacy as our tenants, however, will be ready to assist with any needs, questions, or recommendations on dining, activities, etc.

✔️CANCELLATION POLICY: Please observe the cancellation policy applicable to this listing on the booking platform utilized for your reservation at the time of your booking.

✔️PET POLICY: This home is pet-friendly for up to 30lb in size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee of $150 per pet. Please request approval before booking



✔️Weddings and/or receptions are not permitted within this home or on premises. If this policy is violated, you will be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA and county fines.

✔️Street parking is not allowed within the Villas of Frangista community
