55m² apartment completely renovated in 2011, offers a special character in a peaceful and pleasant space. Fully equipped with high-end appliances and heated by inverter convector for the winter season, with 400m² garden (table and benches, deckchairs, BBQ)

Located in a quiet mid-mountain village (450 meters above sea level) midway between the towns of Ajaccio and Propriano. It is about two hours drive from the extreme south BONIFACIO and the west coast of the coves of PIANA.

Near the beaches of Porticcio (sea front of Grosseto-Prugna) 15-20 minutes, hiking trails (mare e mare, Cuscione plateau - cross-country skiing, hiking) and the Taravo river.

The village has a grocery store, a butcher, a post office, a restaurant bar, a snack bar and a free multimedia access point. A pharmacy and doctor's office are 2.5 km away.

Berge und Meer

Die Lage hatten wir gewählt, um sowohl Wandern als auch Schwimmen zu können, aber in die Berge ist es deutlich weiter als zum Strand, was der erfahrene Korsika-Besucher allerdings auch weiß. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, gemütlich und durchdacht, aber etwas dunkel. Wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist, spielt das keine Rolle. Außerdem gibt es auch einen Außensitz- und Grillplatz. Felix, der Vermieter ist zuverlässig und sehr freundlich.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment à Grosseto-Prugna. C’est un petit village tranquille un peu à l’écart mais pas très loin de belles plages (environ 30-40 min en conduisant très tranquillement). La location est très belle, bien équipée et à un jardin très sympa. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et arrangeant.

Einfach alles was sich zwei Biker wünschen: tolle Unterkunft mit viel Platz, Garten mit Laube und Grill, Bad mit Dusche, Waschmaschine, große Küche, klimatisiert in Wohnraum und Schlafzimmer. Hochwertige Ausstattung. Kein WLan aber guter Nettempfang.

De superbes vacances

Le gîte de Félix correspond exactement à son annonce. Tout est prévu pour que rien ne manque. Félix est attentif au bien-être de ses vacanciers, tout en restant discret. Le gîte est confortable et chaleureux. Il est aménagé avec goût. Il est situé dans un très beau village, où règne une ambiance paisible et accueillante. Nous recommandons la boucherie du village (viande de qualité et boucher très sympa), ainsi que le resto situé en face du gîte. Les pizzas sont excellentes et elles peuvent être emportées. Le gîte est situé entre mer et montagne, ce qui fait varier les lieux à découvrir. Bref, nous avons passé de très belles vacances, grâce à la Corse, aux Corses et à Félix et son épouse que nous remercions. Corine et Christophe

J’avais choisi cette location dans ce village de Grosseto pour être parmi les corses du village. Un peu éloigné de la ville de Porticcio mais on y arrivait facilement par une belle route. L’appartement était très bien aménagé et tout refait par le propriétaire qui fut très sympathique avec nous.

Rien ne manque, et surtout pas Felix et sa gentillesse

Un charmant village ou l'on trouve le calme et les ballades en famille. Un point informatique qui anime le village et les anciens, situé à coté du parking, juste en face du logement, ou vous trouverez bon accueil et renseignements. Une petite épicerie de montagne pour dépanner. Et surtout une location ou rien ne manque, et surtout pas la gentillesse de Félix qui sait accueillir, répondre aux moindres questions , très discret mais disponible, de petites attentions de son jardin pour les gourmands. La mer n'est pas loin et les nombreuses belles plages offrent l'embarras du choix (compter 30 minutes de route, pas plus) Sur place les accessoires nécessaires: glacière, draps de plage, parasol, boules de pétanque et même un ensemble de badminton. Magnifique séjour en Corse. Ce gîte est idéalement situé pour découvrir le Sud de l'île : Bonifacio - Porto Vecchio - l'Alta Rocca et la superbe réserve de Scandola ....!! Le gîte est très agréable avec tout le confort nécessaire et nous avons trouvé un accueil très chaleureux. Bref, nous aimerions y revenir et le conseillons !!

SEJOUR CORSE ETE 2016

Magnifique séjour en Corse. Découverte du Sud de l'Ile au départ de notre gîte situé à Grosseto Prugna, joli petit village typique situé à proximité des très belles plages de Porticcio. La situation était parfaite pour découvrir le Sud - Bonifacio - Porto Vecchio -- les sentiers de randonnée et canyoning de Bocognano - puis Piana et la magnifique réserve de Scandola. Bref, nous avons adoré.
