• Perfect for business travelers, our home features a spacious desk and a comfortable office chair for you to work or study.
• Short drives to the following locations:
- 7 miles: Las Vegas Strip
- 8 miles: Las Vegas Airport (Harry Reid International Airport - LAS)
- 10 miles: Red Rock Canyon
- 11 miles: Downtown Las Vegas
- 42 miles: Mt. Charleston
Located in an upscale central SW area, our home is a short drive to the Strip and within walking distance to shopping and dining. Top floor, corner unit.
• Kitchen: New GE stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, and pantry.
• Bedroom: King bed, blackout curtains, ceiling fan, and walk-in closet.
• Living Area: Vaulted high ceiling, large dining area with breakfast bar and pantry, Roku Smart TV, and in-unit washer/dryer.
• Balcony: Private, with serene sunset views of the Spring Mountains on the right and grass greenbelt.
• Community: Conveniently located in the back side of the community away from busy street. Gated, neatly landscaped, plenty of space and grassy areas, great for your furry friends to play and walk around!

Most of our guests are business professionals and RNs staying 2-4 months, are very happy with the location because it’s gated, quiet, in good area and they feel safe and secure. This location is also perfect for traveling Medical Professionals, it is within 10-30 min of St. Rose, Southern Hills Hospital, Desert Springs Hospital, Kindred and UMC. All travelling nurses that have been my guests be are very happy with the location because it’s gated, quiet, in good area and they felt safe and secure.
Condo is great for long term stay.
