Disclosures The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Place was beautiful and everything was great except for 3 things. The living room furniture was incredibly uncomfortable to accommodate all of our family, there was no ladder to get up and down off the top bunk bed safely and we could not get the front door to lock when we left the property for the day.

Perfect summer getaway

Amazing stay
The townhome was a great selection for our family vacation to winter park. It was in close proximity to the resort area and the private rooftop hot tub was an amazing amenity after a long day at the slopes. I would definitely recommend and return for future stays. The beds were extremely comfortable and the home was clean and had everything we needed to feel like home.

Convivence PLUS
This condo right off the main street in Winter Park was the perfect place for our adult family of 6. While you need to take a short bus ride to the mountain (with a little walk once you arrive!) it met our needs perfectly. We enjoyed the mountain by day, the roof top hot tub afterwards and the town by night. Many restaurants walking distance with great food and shopping nearby.
We enjoyed our stay and the condo had everything we needed. Value was good for this unit.

Close to everything!
Condo was close to horseback riding, white water rafting, alpine slides, etc. It was within walking distance to a ton of restaurants and retail stores. Loved the hot tub!

Enjoyable stay
Furniture was a bit out dated, pull out bottom tray on oven kept coming off track ( fairly common with most stoves tho)
Hot tub ran out of water third nights stay - not sure why
Overall, clean and met all our needs. May be looking for a not so dated spot next time
We loved our stay at this newly finished condo in Winter Park. The high end finishes make it feel modern yet not too fancy for the beautiful mountain setting. We have this property an A, but not an A+ due to the lack of air conditioning which is not a factor for most of the year. Great layout, furnishings, location, and super clean!

No hot tub, but you made up for it
I thought the Xplorie coupons were going to be a hoax or cheesy. They are actually very valuable and saved us a lot of money. Our hot tub was down due to maintenance/repairs which was highly disappointing, but the Escapes team made it up to us with snow mobile passes. That experience was 5 stars!

Great Option
We had a great time staying here to ski at Winter Park. The shuttle is very close so it was convenient. The hot tub on the roof was also very nice.
The main issue we had was the condo was advertised as 4 bedrooms when in reality one of the rooms was more like a nook without even having a door- this should not be advertised as a bedroom and this should be made clear.
Our family of four (adults) had a wonderful stay with plenty of space and three full baths. The location is great with a short walk to the Miller Rd. shuttle stop. And, despite the hot tub not working (disappointing for sure since it was part of the appeal when deciding on a rental property), we were granted access to the rec center nearby. While not the same as being able to use a private hot tub at any time, it was at least a solid gesture. We would certainly consider renting this property again when returning to Winter Park!
Pros:
-Location! Heart of downtown Winter Park. Access to Winter Park resort via most Lift bus lines. Very easy to walk to restaurants and shops.
-Staff were very good! They went out of their way to bring us two humidifiers when requested. There also was an issue with the garage door code that they fixed easily.
-Having a private hot tub is amazing. Jets are powerful.
-The 2 upstairs bedrooms are comfortable. Having laundry and a full kitchen was very helpful for our family.
Cons:
-Kitchen and bathroom amenities could be higher quality for the price paid. Would be nice to have a better coffee machine, matching glassware, better cookware, full sized soaps and shampoos, etc.
-As others have mentioned, the garage is very narrow (true for all units in the complex) and parking the car into it is a challenge as there's very little room to maneuver cars on the narrow road in front.
-There's construction next door. Noise levels were not a problem, but there's a lot of debris from the build in the road/parking area.

just an ok experience
the townhome seemed relatively new and was quiet, other units in the complex were not completely full. the hot tub was broken when we went and we were notified a few days before. we received some compensation but theres nothing like a hot tub after skiing. winter park escapes was a decent management company. the condo itself was ok.
pros: good location - close to bus(s) going to winter park. walk to restaurants. plenty of parking when we went. decent bathrooms. provided some coffee. ok linens and furniture. had dispensers in bathroom for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soap. nice fireplace.
cons: very narrow garage. we couldn't fit the car in because the design of the parking lot didnt allow enough room for us to turn in. i am not sure how others are fitting into this garage. no dining table so meals in the condo were a bit challenging. kitchen was not stocked - no salt, pepper, oil which usually are available in condos. pans can be replaced. couldnt figure out how to control heated floors. the heated floors were a plus but made the condo very hot and hard to sleep.
overall, i picked this place because it was pet friendly. without a pet, i would go with another condo. we had an ok time and although i didnt hate the condo, i didn't love it either. if non of my cons bother you, then this is a good choice.
The location was great for walking to bars/restaurants and shops. We drove to the mountain base but the shuttle was less than a block away. Our son loved the arcade room and the adults loved the hot tub.

This was a very nice property. All the furnishings seem new, and the beds are very comfortable! The only issue we had was with the garage. It’s so narrow we couldn’t use it for the minivan we rented. The rooftop hot tub was great!

Beautiful get-away
The management company was simply superb. The free activities included with the rental were a surprise and a welcome bonus. Golfed and did horseback ride. The hot tub/rooftop were a huge hit. Location is in-town so there are ample places to walk to for eating and shopping. Being in-town there is also some road noise but with windows closed one could hardly notice.
Overall experience staying was really great. Place was really clean. Felt good to relax in the hot tub. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!

Great spot for a family ski vacation
Our family of 7 loved Arrow Luxury #262. It had plenty of space for virtual work & school, and it was not far at all from Winter Park for skiing. We nearly stayed in a 2-BR in Zephyr Lodge, but ultimately opted for the greater space and comfort of Arrow (despite the short drive to the mountain). The rooftop hot tub was a fun nightly event, whereas Zephyr's hot tubs are closed currently bc of Covid. The garage parking was a little tight (the modest snow bank made turning into the garage a bit of a challenge with an SUV), but it was nice to have a warm garage in which to keep our boots/skis every evening. We ended up driving each day to the mountain (parking in the free North Bench Lot and walking to the base) bc the roads were clear, but it was nice to have backup options (ie, Lift shuttle), too. We also benefited from the Xplorie daily access to the Rec Center, as my wife's daily admission was free and we also brought the family once ($7/person during COVID times) to enjoy the really nice 'leisure pool' with water slide, lazy river, etc -- easily worth doing at least once. Overall, we had a great stay, and Arrow 262 was a great choice.

I would just inform people about the parking. There was a lot of construction going on and you couldn't really see additional parking. There's no over night parking and we along with 5 other cars received a ticket. Also there was no propane in the heater on the roof top. Other than those two things the place was great.
