Ideally situated, bright, very quiet, with all comforts (classified 2 stars quality Tourism at the Briançon Tourist Office), south facing, facing the mountains, 600m from the Old Town and 1 km from the modern heart of Briançon, south gate of Serre Chevalier Vallée (10mn by car) and west gate of Montgenèvre (20mn by car), and close to the Vauban fortifications classified as 'UNESCO Heritage'.
The flat has a private underground garage, in addition to a common overhead car park, and a large garden in the condominium.
A wifi box is installed in the flat.
