Fully secured and gated with 2 duplexes, Blue Star Villa is within walking distance to Blue Bay Beach and the endemic Marine Park.

Each unit in the duplex can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 guests.

PRICING: The base price ranges from €75 (USD 85) to €100 (USD 110), depending on the season, for a couple or one person. Each additional guest is charged €25 (USD 28) per head.

With its splendid dining room, American styled kitchen and porch, Blue Star Villa is the ideal place for holidays


The villa is situated approximately 15 mins drive away from the international airport. With its modern security system, parking facilities and wifi, you will feel at home in Blue Star Villa.

Each unit of the duplex consists of:

The villa, located opposite the Blue Bay Police Station, is also within 2 mins walk to Blue Bay Beach. The beach is famous for its endemic Marine Park, where you can go on glass-bottom boat trips and even do snorkelling.
It is also close to Mahebourg, which is less than 10 min drive away from Blue Bay. Mahebourg Waterfront is well known for its cosy relaxed walks in the mornings and evenings and where you can experience the local culture. The Naval Museum of Mahebourg was built in the French colonial area. It is home to remnants of naval artifacts, the great battle of Vieux Grand Port as well as bones of extinct species of giant tortoises and the Dodo.
If you are a shopaholic and enjoy good food, Bo'Valon Shopping Mall, which is less than 5 mins drive away, is the place to be. It has shops, supermarket and a food court.
The villa is in close vicinity to other supermarkets and restaurants.

Taxis and buses are available at Blue Bay Beach.

Car rental, airport transfers, day excursions, Mauritian meals and cleaning services can all be arranged upon request.

Entire unit is to yourself. Only the parking space to be shared with other guests.

logement super luxueux digne d'un 4 étoile, proche de la belle plage blue bay, le propriétaire du logement très bien à l'écoute et réactive, j'étais très satisfaite se la prestation je vous conseille fortement pour passer un sejour noubliable d'ailleurs je repars au mois de mars avec mes amies

I am married with 4 kids. I was born and bred in Mauritius. I graduated with a local college for my 'A' levels and studied in the UK for my professional exams to become a Chartered Accountant. I currently work in an international firm and have several years of working experience.

Why they chose this property

After several years of hard work, I decided to buy a plot of land at Blue Bay which is near to my hometown. It took me a number of years before I was able to build a property on the land. This property was initially built for my own private use during week end but since it was idle most of the time, I have decided to rent it out to foreign guests who can enjoy the sea, sun and the beach.

What makes this property unique

This property has many facilities as it was built for my own private use. It is also very close to the beach (less than 5 minutes walk). The police station opposite the villa provides an additional security to the guests in addition to the existing ones (camera and alarm system).
