This cozy guesthouse is located on a 2.5 acre retreat just minutes from Cottonwood’s Main Street, a short drive from Jerome or Sedona, and minutes from the Verde River. The single level guesthouse features 4 bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths, a private large outdoor space with a fire pit, grill, and private patio.

Enjoy access to a shared playground with a treehouse, swings, a slide and basketball court.

Clean and Quiet

We had a lovely stay! So quiet and relaxing after hiking each day. Kitchen is well equipped! Even has an instant pot and baking supplies. Beds were comfy!

Sisters Retreat

The property was lovely. Gave us an opportunity to enjoy our retreat and just focus on building relationships. The location of the property is excellent. Out of town yet very close to town, restaurants, grocery stores, and amenities. I would recommend this property, and I would stay there again given the opportunity.

Family Getaway

This property is so pretty! Close to all, but it still has a country feel. We loved sitting on the back porch. It was very peaceful. The kids liked the basketball court. I would love to stay here again!!
