We are located in gated community providing you day and night security.
Best access to the property is by car, being that we are about 10 km from the center of Itu | SP.
The neighborhood has 3 supermarket, pizzeria, pharmacy and other trade, being very easy access, about 2.5km from the house.
MODERATE SOUND IS ALLOWED UNTIL 22:00.
After this time, you must respect the Law of Silence, to meet the good living with the condominium neighbors.
