This BRAND NEW property is ideally located just minutes from all the best of Miami! Spend the day in the bustle of the Brickell neighborhood in downtown, or kick back and relax on the sunny shores of South Beach or rejuvenate in the Wynwood area. You may also elect to indulge yourself in the Design District - each at only minutes from the property. Enjoy the feeling of home sweet home from the heart of Miami! My villa has been designed by an interior designer, all items were carefully selected to ensure you experience a hotel-style luxury and quality comforts.
Perfect for the family traveler, couples, small groups and those in town for business.
If you feel like taking a break in the finest restaurants Miami can offer, or cook your favorite meal in the fully equipped kitchen and with Black Stainless Steel Samsung appliances.
After a long day of sight-seeing or working, come relax in the living room and watch a movie. All 3 bedrooms and the living room have flat 4K screen TV's as well.
There are three bedrooms, all have been designed with quality and comfort, the master bedroom has a King size bed, and the other two bedrooms has Queen size beds with quality linens and modern accents. There is also a sofa bed that sleeps 2 extra people (Full bed) in the living room. Also, a self-inflating Mattress.
There are 2 full bathrooms. The first one, the master bathroom, features a standup shower and a double sink, and the second one a tub/shower. Both have been designed with modern luxury for a spa-like experience.
There are extra linens, towels, high-speed 5G Wifi, central A/C, and ensuite washer/dryer, all included in your stay at no extra cost to you!
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- We have SECURITY CAMERAS outside the house.
- AMOUNT OF REGISTERED GUESTS sleeping in the Villa is constantly WATCHED.
- PARTIES AND SMOKING IN THE HOUSE WILL BE FINED and automatically EVICTED.
- We DO the inventory after each check-out to control if there are broken and/or missing components of the Villa.

First I will say the communication with the host was excellent. He was very responsive. The house looks exactly like the photos. The washer/dryer is in a separate outdoor storage space. The house is a 3/2 I think it would sleep a family of 6 comfortably. If you include the sofa then maybe two additional children can be added. The beds were comfortable. The house is not far from a lot of great locations in Miami.
Cons:The bathroom was not cleaned.

We absolutely loved staying there. Everything was very clean, beds were very comfortable, and the Pac-Man game was put to good use! The host was very communicative. 5 stars all around
