Newly renovated and modern apartment Capistrano Village, Nerja
Our newly renovated and modern apartment is located in the lower part of the popular Capistrano Village with the lovely white andalusian houses, the colorful gardens and beautiful views over mountains and sea.
Relax by any of the 2 big pool areas (separate children areas)(only 2 min walk to the "lower pool area" voted one of Nerjas best with one open all year round and with snack bars and restaurant. Enjoy a walk to Burriana beach (1,5 km -15-20 min) or the city centre/Balcony of Europe (2 km - 20-25 min walk) . Tennis/padel and Mercadona is just around the corner.
The 17 m2 terrace is east/southfacing which is great during summer when the sun can be a bit hot. Enjoy breakfast and lunch in the sun all year around. New BBQ with wokpan allows for great outdoor cooking.
Full renovation of the apartment was done autumn 2019 with a mix of spanish and scandinavian style and furniture decoration. 3 AC inverters (both cold and heat) , free wi-fi and TV with more than 100 channels.

We are Ulf and Helena Jonasson (51 and 50 years old) and live in a house in Gothenburg Sweden. We had heard a lot about Nerja and went there in the spring of 2019 to look for an apartment where we can spend time away from Sweden when cold and boring. When our 3 children (20,18 and 16) has moved out of home we hope to live in Nerja or Costa del Sol full time.
Why they chose this property
We fell absolutely in love with Nerja at first sight and the urbanization Capistrano Village had everything that we were looking for. Beautiful houses, colourful gardens and great pool areas but most of all its location with the view of mountains and sea and closeness to sports and Mercadona. Reasonable walking distance to beaches and city centre.
The property had seen better days and not recieved much love in the last years but we understood its great potential and location and was not afraid of full renovation project. We have done an almost complete make over by changing all electricity, new AC inverters (both heat and cold), new floors everywhere, new kitchen, new main bathroom, new entrance door, new painting everywhere. We are very pleased with the professional work done by the construction company and enjoyed decorating and styling it during the christmas/new years break.
