Computer table and notes and reading armchair with adjustment to chaise-far, balcony with external counter to the north. Complete bathroom with pressurized shower. Wifi throughout property.

Perfect little house in the historic center

This house is exactly what I wanted when I returned to Paraty. It is small, cozy, and walking distance from everything in the city center. The best bar in the area (Apothekario) is just around the corner. The beach is a 5-10 min walk. Many designer shops and other are here and open late. The bed is comfortable, the furniture is nice, and other amenities include a washer, drying line, water, barbeque, hot shower, desk, and anything else you need to live here for a while. The property manager is responsive to questions and concerns (I was taking video conferences for work here, and the internet went out while I was here and he responded quickly to help me get it back on). Overall, I believe you can't get a better lodging experience for the price anywhere in Paraty.
