There are 3 full-time chefs and 4 butler/mixologists - trained at some of Bali's best restaurants and beach clubs. You order world-class cuisine and cocktails on demand from a menu, just like a hotel, so you can enjoy the island's best food, cocktails and service, without leaving the house.

THE SPACE

Completed in 2020, Kasianda Villa is located in a very private and secure gated compound, with tall boundary walls, CCTV and a security guard.

The compound is positioned at the end of a small lane and is surrounded by rice fields. Despite being in the heart of bustling Berawa, moments away from the island's best boutiques, restaurants and kid's activities, the villa is incredibly peaceful.

Concealed, whisper quiet air conditioners cool all the bedrooms and living spaces. Unlike almost anywhere else in Bali, you can drink the tap water due to our on-site water filtration and sterilization plant. The beds have high-end orthopaedic, pillow top mattresses and 300 thread count linens, and all the bathrooms have high pressure rainfall showers. Hotel style technology distributes superfast (150mbs) WiFi throughout the property.

There is a 70" 4K Smart TV, with a state of the art 8 speaker Dolby Atmos surround sound system.

With sun loungers by the pool, an outdoor daybed to while away some time with a book, a study nook to catch up on some work, a roof terrace, indoor and outdoor dining areas, each with seating for 10, there are ample social spaces for large groups to spend time together, and plenty of places to relax alone.

Kasianda Villa has been designed to be completely child safe. Unlike many villas in Bali, all the bedrooms and living spaces are under one roof, so there’s no need to go outside to move between bedrooms. A rarity in Bali, the 10m x 4m pool has tempered 1.1m glass railings that conform to Australian safety standards. There is a high chair, a cot, toys, a teepee, and craft materials. With available high quality child care, you’ll have everything you need to keep your little ones entertained.

You order drinks and food from an extensive on demand menu, exactly like in a hotel, at prices lower than nearby restaurants.

There is a team of 4 butler/mixologists to serve you, whether it's breakfast in bed, drinks by the pool, or a multi course dinner. Our cocktails are some of the best on the island, and are made from house infusions, house made bitters and syrups, and locally sourced organic ingredients.

Many of our guests celebrate a special occasion during their stay at Kasianda Villa. Our team can cater any type of event, be it a formal dinner, or cocktails and canapés. GETTING AROUND

The villa is located within a short walk of lots of attractions, but for those times you'd prefer to drive or be driven, we have a 2 car parking area for guests to use.
