If you enjoy cooking and dining al fresco you can cook on the gas BBQ and there is plenty of seating for all on the deck. This home is a pleasant mix of updated and classic vacation home style, perfect for making your vacation memories in Sunriver. Parking for 6 in the driveway, and plenty of bikes for cruising around the 30 plus miles of trails.

Main Level:
Kitchen/Living/Dining:
The Kitchen and Living room in this home are the ideal places for people that love hosting. With more seating in the Living room then you will probably have bodies and recently updated amenities in the Kitchen. Everything you could desire to host a get together is in this home. The Dining table sits between the kitchen and the Living area. Off the living area is a game table for card or board games.

Bedroom:
The large primary bedroom is located on the main floor of the house with a King-sized style bed and an En Suite.

Upstairs:
The loft is located upstairs and houses a Queen sized bed as well as a full bath. The two upstairs bedrooms are located in rooms on either side of the loft with a Queen sized bed in one and a set of Pyramid style Bunk Beds in the other.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes:
This home includes 8 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf.
