Come enjoy this inviting, one-level home, set up nicely for both families and couples. With a fully-equipped kitchen and a light, bright great room, it's the perfect place to relax after a long day of enjoying all that Sunriver and the surrounding areas have to offer. The home is conveniently located just across the road from SHARC, where you can enjoy hours of swimming, basketball, climbing, and more. Home comes with 8 SHARC PASSES. There are 7 adult bikes and 2 kids bikes for your use. There is a ping pong table, fiber optic internet and cable, and basic amenities for a comfortable stay.

Take a walk to the many shops and restaurants located in Sunriver Village just 0.7 miles away or go for a bike ride with over 30 miles of paved bike paths to explore.

This home has three bedrooms (sleeps 7 in beds, pack and play for baby, sheets, pillow and blanket for sofa, if needed), two full baths and a two car garage. The great room has a gas burning fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and a large flat screen TV. The primary bedroom, located on one end of the home, has ensuite bath and private access to the hot tub. The additional two guest rooms share a full bath and are located on the other side of the home. All bedrooms have Cable TV. There are DVD players in the great-room, master and bunk-room.

After a full day of fun, enjoy the private hot tub and BBQ while relaxing on the deck, or play some ping pong!

It was in a beautiful location. The house was clean and furnished well. The check in process was smoother than any I've had. The clean up for check out was straight forward and easy. We world definitely stay there again. Hopefully for a longer stay.

Fantastic VRBO! Quiet street, pretty setting and close to amenities. The interior is warm & welcoming, very nicely decorated and is the most equipped rental we’ve ever stayed at. The communication from the owner was exceptional and it was a very seamless stay. We will definitely rent again!

Fabulous Sun River home!

Great floor plan! Large living area with master suite on one side of house & 2 bedrooms on the other side. We had plenty of space for 4 adults. The house is well stocked with essential items. Location is perfect. A short walk to village for coffee, shopping or groceries.

Perfect Get Away

House was perfect. Stocked with everything needed. Ping Pong fun in the garage along with lot of bikes to ride! Coffee on the deck enjoying the morning sun and hot tub under the night stars. Just wished we could have stayed and played longer!!
