About this property

Lower level large apartment for up to 7 people, separate entrance in private home in a quiet upscale neighborhood.

Come enjoy our quite neighborhood. We offer a private 1400 sq. ft. apartment located in the lower level. The apartment has a lighted sidewalk with no stairs to make it easy to haul luggage around back. A gas in wall heater supplements heating needs in winter. Sleeps up to 7 guest with 1 king bed (heated mattress pad) in master, common area has 5 twin XL beds (2 convert to a king) all with memory foam mattress and and a Pack N Play for a baby or small child. Full kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, K-cups & various teas available and stocked with dishes, pans and more. Toys and games for children, baby bath and a high chair to make this rental family friendly. There is an Igloohome smart key box for self check in. Backyard has a patio and wooded view with wildlife visiting from time to time. We look forward to hosting you.
NO PETS due to shared ventilation and host allergies. We also would like to provide a safe place for guest with animals allergies. Thank you for understanding.

Moonyean and Frank are the best.

Both are conversant, friendly and kind. Their place is impeccable-clean, convenient, well stocked, beautifully decorated. The neighborhood is quiet and rural, the landscaping quaint. The cost is comparable to local hotels, but the experience is much nicer. Stayed with my husband and 3 young adults. Had more than enough space and privacy. Reserve early when you know your plans, they get booked quickly!

Perfect for our family of 6

Lodgings were beautiful and pristine for cleanliness. Hosts messaged in advance to know how we wanted beds set up. Beds and bedding were comfortable and cozy. Air conditioning was great. Every amenity you could desire was available. Perfect stay for our larger family on the way to a family reunion.
