The Oaks is on the 1st floor on a residential Home Apartment setup with four blocks.

The house has a living room with a balcony. The living-dining area is one spacious area with an excellent finishing that allows a calm relaxation. The entertainment area can sit 6 persons comfortably with both a home theatre and a flat screen television for entertainment. The complimentary wireless Internet access keeps you connected, and cable programming is available for your entertainment. The areas open up to a balcony.
