Cozy apartment about 5 minutes away from the airport. Apartment has a queen size bed with a smart tv and Netflix. A spacious kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and hot and cold water. Bathroom has necessary essentials such as shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, hand soap and towels.

There was a bit of an issue in the beginning of our stay but Lillian fixed it right away. The area is very close to the airport and the driver was super nice as well.

Close to the airport

Great little house and very close to the airport. The host went above and beyond with communication and recommended lots of local places to eat and fun experiences. This was a great spot, and we would highly recommend it.

Our stay was ok. The sheets on the bed looked like they were not freshly washed, but we were too tired to pursue. But we did send a text to the host asking her to call us. We got some rest and which we really needed.

Hi Dawn, I’m sorry we weren’t able to reach you. I attempted to call the number various time. In regards to the sheets, rest assured they are washed after every stay and we also keep extra sheets in the room should you need them. Had you mentioned this during your stay, we would have been happy to change the ones on the bed to ensure you had a comfortable stay.

Host was generally responsive but did not follow through on getting me a contact for shuttle service in town. Not the biggest of deals. She did assist in changing my reservation to shorten it by a day. Much appreciated. The location was convenient to the airport and to a few restaurants. The Belikin Brewery/Tap House was about a 12 min walk. Excellent choice. After check in, it took me a while to notice that there was no running water. NONE. I contacted the host and she called someone to fix the issue. A couple of hours later, the water did flow. However, in the morning, there was no hot water for the shower. Luke-warm at best. Host did say she would give me a slight discount on the room for the inconvenience. Not sure if that has happened yet.It was difficult to sleep, many dogs were barking non-stop all night. Then at 4:00 a.m. the roosters started crowing. I expected a bit more for my stay and was glad that I only stayed one night instead of my originally planned two night.

Nice and modern place inside

I will stay there again. I had a hard time finding a store/restaurant open, there are sometimes street vendors who have decent food. Super close to the airport. Which is a positive note.

The property was super nice and clean. The bathroom was impeccable, the bed was comfy, and it was nice having the kitchen! It felt safe walking to the nearby grocery store - we walked to a local restaurant as well.

This property is close to the airport. So it's a great choice if you want to get to the airport quickly. If you are looking for in-town entertainment you need to grab a tax which can be very expensive. You can also take public transportation which cut service about 8 pm at night.

This listing really lives up to its name and provided exactly what we needed. Landing at Philip Goldson airport after dark, I just wanted to pick up the rental car and settle in till daylight. The place was clean, secure, and quiet and I wouldn’t hesitate to book it when my travels bring me back to Belize.

We had an early morning flight so decided to stay here rather than rushing and worrying in the morning. The hosts Lillian and her husband were such lovely people and extremely helpful. We ate out locally and theres a well stocked supermarket just round the corner. Lilian organised Mr Chino the local celebrity taxi driver to take us to the airport fist thing and everything was well.organised and we didn't want for anything. Big shower / bathroom, kitchen, air conditioning, wifi, even Netflix! I cant express enough how nice these people were and very hospitable.

Nice, Clean, and AC!

Perfect for singles or a couple. Has everything you need to rest comfortably, and has a nice balcony view. Host made great recommendations that led me to enjoy my time in Ladyville. Hard to find at first, but very close to the Roadside diner. Shopping and supplies are close by too. Felt like home.

Convenient and Quiet

The location was close to the airport in a quiet residential neighborhood. It’s quite far from restaurants and stores so be prepared! It was a comfortable apartment and a short drive to the airport. We enjoyed a nice afternoon walk in the neighborhood; families were out strolling too and enjoying some backyard barbecues!!

Incredible Host

I wish all the hosts were as great as Lilian. She made the check in and out process extremely easy and she helped us get a last minute can ride. I wish we were able to stay longer. A humble space with a full kitchen! This is such a find with a great host!

Great stay, just as advertised

This was a great rental for my short stay in Belize! If you are looking to stay outside of the main city, near the airport, or experience something closer to living in the local community instead of at a resort, this is a fantastic option. There are several safety measures in place (gate with lock, multiple door locks, inside lock access, ect.) that make you feel secure. The host was very helpful with consistent communication, and had great suggestions for local food.

Hard to find. Place is as advertised. As you leave the airport. First road on the right going north. Then you take the second road on the left. There is the gate and lock there.

It is the perfect place to start or end your trio in Belize and is near the city without the hustle and bustle. Buses to the city and to the northern party of the city pass right around the corner.
