New House in Carrancas

Newly built house. Quiet location, surrounded by nature and at the same time close to the center (approximately 450m). Quiet street, without commerce and noise. Family atmosphere. Ideal for those who want rest and peace. Simple and cozy, it has amenities such as Internet and TV with Netflix.
Our space is organized, clean and pleasant.
The house can be a good option, especially for couples with children. As children reside in the house, in one of the rooms there is a cot. We can also make available (if the guest requests): children's bed, changing table and bathtub.
Guests will have access to the entire area of the house, except the wardrobes as we keep our personal belongings.
The neighborhood is quiet and friendly.
Close to an APP (permanent preservation area), so lively bird serenades during the day are frequent.
The street of the house is parallel to the street of the restaurant 'Tempero da Nair', which offers homemade food on the wood stove.
