Welcome to the “Springs”, your Home away from Home. You will enjoy your stay in this lovely One bedroom One bathroom condo. The condo has all the comforts of home and comfortably sleeps 2. This condo has a full kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, Roku tv and has a private covered patio. Enjoy your day laying by the pool, playing tennis or shopping at one of the multiple shopping malls nearby (3 within 3 miles).

The bedroom has a queen bed

All guests have private condo unit with private covered patio. In addition, all guest have use of all condo amenities including the community heated swimming pool, tennis courts and clubhouse (clubhouse is currently closed due to hurricane damage - reopening soon)

Our units are all set up on electric codes for easy access and check-in along with a key in lockbox in case of any emergencies. We are available anytime by phone or email to answer any questions or concerns.

We love our pets and yours! But unfortunately Pet restrictions apply due to hoa rules. Please email breed and weight BEFORE making booking. Pets are on case by case basics and pet fees do apply. Thank you.
