1 block form Neighborhood Market. Twos block off of Dickson street, two blocks from the Fayetteville square and UofA campus, this is the best location to enjoy all that the Fayetteville entertainment district has to offer. Just a short walk to the U of A campus and The Walton Arts Center. Bike trail is 1/2 block from condo. One bedroom apartment with a full bed, and a separate living area with a full kitchen. Parking is located in designated area for residence with a marked spot #235. Professionally furnished decor. Great for a weekend getaway or if traveling for business to NW Arkansas. Wifi and Cable included. Washer and Dryer included.

Cute, Clean and Quaint

Loved my stay here! Walking trail was nice. Location was perfect walking distance to Dickson Street. Had everything I needed for my extended stay. The train horn was loud, but I thought it was kind of funny each time it went by.

Too cute!

We were so excited when we checked in to bring our son to move into dorms for his first year at UArk! Amazing location close to campus, great parking, pretty view of the walking trail, simple check-in process, and the condo is CLEAN and SO cutely decorated and appointed. We couldn’t have been happier. We WILL be back!

Perfection

Perfection applies in many ways when describing this cozy condo. It’s right on an area called The Ramble, a beautiful nature space with running creek, flowers, trees, and a walking/biking path that runs for miles north/south in Fayetteville. It was easily walkable for this 70-year-old to get to campus and the famous restaurants on Dixon Street. The condo is also very close to a Walmart Neighborhood grocery store, a coffee/bowl restaurant and farm-to-table restaurant as well as a neighborhood bar. Amy was readily available via texts for any questions. Check in and out were easy. I very much look forward to hopefully another 30-day stay in 2024! Thanks Amy!

Month long rental for college student

My college daughter was in transition between apartments and needed place to stay for sorority recruitment. This one-bedroom was ideal! Great location, perfect size and rental. Only downside was street construction that is now complete. Highly recommend this location and owner!

Great place to live for an extended stay in Fayetteville. Great location close to Dickson St. and the University but quiet and comfortable. Highly recommend the property and my host!
