Wonderful place to spend a relaxing weekend. Pros: excellent view and access to the lake, fully stocked kitchen and lots of space. Cons: top deck and furniture has lots of bird poop, we think some of the bedsheets were not fully dry and had a smell - but there were lots of extras so we replaced and washed the smelly ones, no lake toys are included, but if you bring your own paddling around the lake is fabulous!

The house was always cold, heat was locked, the little electric fireplace didn’t help much, plus fan was noisy. The refrigerator was totally noisy, no propane in bbq, the outside was covered w webs n spiders, the outside furniture was filthy, also bird crap all over deck. Would not ever rent this place again! It’s a home that’s been lived in, not taken care of, and is now getting run down. It’s obvious they’re selling n not fixing anything, just trying to get the most because of the view. The dock n ramp is also needing repair, and the beds aren’t the best. Sorry, but call it like I see it, our family members felt the same!

Good location and good views of the lake. A bit of a hike to get down to the lake. Rained really hard our first day and we lost power for a few hours but all in all was a good family trip to a nice location.

This is a beautiful lakefront getaway with room enough for a really large family. Everything we needed was provided. Hosts thought of everything. The lake was so quiet and peaceful. No boat or toys this time of year. My wife nd our dog took a swim though, and the water was cool and refreshing. Florence is minutes away for dining and shopping. The ocean is just a quick trip up the road. But it was nice to come back to the calm of this retreat. No wind at all made this even more zen-like. We didn’t want to leave, but know we’ll be back.

Love this lake front house

We have stayed in this house a few times , we love kayaking and paddle boarding from the dock and it’s has a nice shallow area for the little kids , we would stay here again -always a nice family time 😀
