O apto nao possui Wi-Fi, a tv nao pega com chuva, ar condicionado só em 1 quarto, sofá da sala cheira mofo e nao tem mesa pra comer. O prédio é muito bom!

Recomendo leitura da descrição do imóvel antes de locar, pois ar cond somente na suíte ou seja em 1 dos quartos, possui uma.mesa planejada na cozinha, a TV usa antena do prédio, outros hóspedes não reclamaram do sofá. Lembrando que na descrição do imóvel não tem Wi-fi. Estou a disposição sempre para qualquer locatário para dúvidas.
