la location se trouve au 3éme étage non précisé dans l'annonce, le ménage laisse à désirer, (déjà sur la paillasson à l'entrée de l'appart est recouvert de poils d'animaux, des odeurs infectes de refoulement d'évier et lavabos bouché) et puis aucune place stationnement prévu sachant qu'on loin de la mer.

Points positifs : - Appartement tres bien placé, proche de tout ! - 3eme étage sans ascenseur, mais escaliers faciles a monter. Points négatifs : - Lors de notre séjour, il y a eu des le premier jour une tres forte mauvaise odeur émanant de la cuisine tres désagréable ! Nous avons aussitÎt contacté la propriétaire qui nous a dit que quelqu'un passerait, personne n'est venu ! Personne n'a repris contact ! Cette odeur était d'autant plus genante qu'un des couchages était au salon proche de la cuisine ouverte. Cette experience laisse un gout amer sur cet appartement qui en dépit de l'odeur est tres bien. - Linge de lit et de maison en supplement, pas super cleans.

Nous avons passĂ© 5 jours dans cet appartement en famille (2 adultes et deux enfants 9 & 5 ans). TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour ! TrĂšs bon accueil de la personne en charge de l’appartement - Disponible, conviviale et souriante ! Un emplacement idĂ©al, vous ĂȘtes Ă  50 mĂštres de la place Morny, du bac pour Trouville et 400 mĂštres des planches. Les chambres sont sur une cour intĂ©rieure donc trĂšs au calme. Repos assurĂ© Les enfants ont partagĂ© le second lit (canapĂ©-lit). Il y a assez de couettes ou oreillers. La cuisine est petite mais fonctionnelle. Il manque un peu d’accessoires. (Manger des pinces de crabes sans couverts adaptĂ©s fut un peu sportif) Salle de bain: bien. Petit bĂ©mol: 1-ballon d’eau chaude trop petit, 2 vaisselles et 2 douches et vous vous retrouver avec de l’eau froide - je n ai pas trouvĂ© la marche forcĂ©e du ballon. 2- il n y a rien dans l’appartement en condiment, il faut tout prĂ©voir. Nous recommandons vraiment cette location

Nous avons passĂ©, avec nos deux filles, un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour dans cet appartement. SituĂ© au centre de Deauville dans une rue trĂšs calme et Ă  proximitĂ© immĂ©diate du port et de la gare, l’appartement est trĂšs fonctionnel, avec une belle cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e. De belles balades sont Ă  faire Ă  Deauville et Ă  Trouville sur mer, sans avoir Ă  utiliser la voiture. C’est une adresse que nous retenons pour un prochain sĂ©jour !

l'appartement est idĂ©alement situĂ©, en effet nous sommes venus en train et il est Ă  5 min Ă  pied de la gare, mais Ă©galement du centre et de la plage. La literie mĂ©riterait peut-ĂȘtre d’ĂȘtre changĂ©... mais reste acceptable. Sinon rien a redire pour le reste, tout est impeccable.

Nous avons passĂ© 1 semaine trĂšs agrĂ©able dans cet appartement au calme et trĂšs bien situĂ© au niveau des commoditĂ©s. Petits dĂ©tails a amĂ©liorer le rideau du sĂ©jour qui n' a pas pu ĂȘtre remis, piles dans les tĂ©lĂ©commandes un peu fatiguĂ©es et odeur dans la cuisine pas trĂšs agrĂ©able. Cependant le logement reste d'un trĂšs bon niveau et la propriĂ©taire disponible pour des informations. Si nous revenons dans la rĂ©gion nous n'hĂ©siterons pas Ă  louer ce logement.
