Good value, 2 Minutes drive to Red Resort!
This bright one bedroom suite sleeps 4 people with a queen bed in the main bedroom and a comfortable pull out sofa. Prepare your own meals in the deluxe kitchen, you will find everything you need here. Lots of windows make this lower level suite nice and bright. There is a full bathroom with shower. You can curl up after a day on the slopes or out hiking to your lovely real wood stove, firewood included!
Two minutes drive from Black Jack Cross Country or 5 minutes to Red Mountain Resort. Can't beat that!
This modern and spacious two bedroom suite is located at the edge of ski mountains, meadows and trees. 1000 metres from Red Mountain Resort, drive or walk to the lifts at Red Mountain Resort. For cross country skiing, take advantage of Black Jack ski club groomed trails just a few glides away, it couldn't be easier to access the miles of track. You have down hill and cross country skiing at your door step!
In the warmer months head out your front door to access some of the best mountain biking trails in the West Kootenays. Enjoy a nature walk or head to go for a stroll or hike. In the summer enjoy wildflowers, birds and wildlife viewing.
Black Jack Flats is situated on rural acreage and shares a driveway with the Owners. Holly and David are your hosts and will be available to attend to you during your stay. No guest pets permitted but be advised that there are pets are living upstairs with owners, their German Shepard, Bailey, is a wonderful friendly dog and will be on this property in her fenced yard.
MINIMUM STAY POLICY
4 night minimum stay Christmas holidays, 3 night minimum winter high season, 2 night minimum otherwise. If you see a 2 day window of opportunity between bookings on property calendar, please contact us!

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000. CAD as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection.
Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property.
FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 30 DAYS OR MORE
This requires an Occupancy Agreement to be signed by Guests and an addition Property Condition Guarantee will be required to be paid, at the time of booking, by e-transfer or credit card (50% of monthly rental rate). Additional pet deposit required for pet friendly properties (approval required).
Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.
Please note that toiletries and laundry detergent are not supplied for long term bookings. Starter supplies including toilet paper and dishwasher tabs are provided.
