3 bedrooms; Living room with bunk bed / sofa bed, TV with SKY; 2 full bathrooms; Full kitchen, brand new refrigerator and soft filter with cold drinking water (dispensing water purchase).
All rooms have a ceiling fan.
Newly renovated apartment with porcelain floors in every room, well ventilated, limited to 10 people, we do not allow animals (due to the condominium convention), containing 1 parking space for a passenger car.
This apartment is very close to the skate square, next to the craft fair, the convention center, theater, several kiosks with live sound, restaurants, bars, water fountain. Enjoy the best spot in the city and the best beach in the Lakes Region, clean and clear water, white sand.
