Escape your everyday life and retreat to this beautiful vacation rental that accommodates up to 14 guests. This house is pet friendly, walking distance to bus stop, local restaurants with take away option. The property is located at the end of a small street in a quiet neighbourhood. The property has 2 houses (10 -11 beds and 4 beds)

THE MAIN HOUSE features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, guest toilet, laundry and a fitness studio. The open plan fits perfect for large families, with a big balcony to enjoy morning coffee and sunsets. Fully equipped kitchen

THE GUEST HOUSE
Sleeps up to 4 people, 1 bedroom, double bed ground floor and 1 bedroom second floor, 2 single beds (Steep stairway, kids no younger 8-10 years!) mattress could be added on floor downstairs for toddlers.
A nice bathroom with shower and toilet and a kitchen/dining area (25 sqm, air-conditioned) that leads to a private terrasse.

20 min to the beach, beautiful hiking forrest and mountain, close to golf courses and a great choice of restaurants & shops.

The Villa is located in Roquefort les pins at the end of a one way street.
20 min from Nice airport, Cannes Nice. A 30 min drive to Monaco and St Maxime.

There is parking for 2 cars on the property and extra space for 2-4 cars outside.

An olive garden that leads to a fenced salt water pool with sun chairs and a shaded seating area.

Simply fantastic

We’ve stayed at a few villas on our holidays over the years, but this by far surpasses them all. Communication with the host, Camilla was excellent, and she really made us feel most welcome as soon as we arrived. Couldn’t rate this property higher - and would strongly recommend
