Each reservation of this property includes a credit to be used towards beach gear rentals and services at Vacayzen ! This includes bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, tours/experiences and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family!
Nestled perfectly in the Seacrest Beach area of 30a, Relax is a luxurious vacation home, offering access to a large resort style lagoon pool, a quick stroll to the sugar white beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico!
Once inside you will immediately feel yourself "relax". This condo is beautifully appointed throughout, and has the perfect open concept layout for relaxation, fun and closeness of family and friends. The living area is expansive and open, making it perfect for social gatherings. It includes a seating area, dining table and a large kitchen with granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances.
Access to the private covered patio is off of the living area. It includes a large seating area with a table for 6 and a wonderful view directly onto the 12,000 sq. ft. resort lagoon pool …the largest pool in the Highway 30A area! Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the patio or host family dinner at the table outside! Take either a short stroll (a block and then just across 30A) or grab a ride on the complimentary seasonal tram that will take you and all of your beach gear straight to the beach!

Property Manager does provide you with an "amenity starter kit," which includes an initial supply of bath soap, conditioning shampoo, shower gel, dishwasher pods ( x2) toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods (X2), and trash bags. These items are provided for your convenience, and are intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours.
SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, beach chairs, sunscreen, sunglasses, bug spray, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, bath soap, bicycles, rafts, coffee filters, antiseptic, flashlights, and beach toys.
