Enjoy the comfort and quiet of this newly built single family residential home in the private gated community of Treetop located in Seacrest Beach, as an added plus (NO NEXT DOOR HOMES FOR PRIVACY AND LOTS OF PARKING), and is a short walk to the Seacrest private deeded beach access and less than 1 minute to the private community pool and Tram pick up to the beach.

Wanderawhile30A guest enjoy the tram (same as Seacrest Beach) that takes guest directly to the beach access entrance and a private pool within walking distance of the house. The TreeTop community at Seacrest Beach is one of only a handful along scenic 30A with direct access to BOTH Hwy 98 and 30A - thus, during high season, guest have the option of avoiding the endless summer traffic on 30A making trips to the nearby new Publix, or other beaches in high traffic times.

Enjoy bicycling or a romantic walk to and from Seacrest Village, Rosemary Beach, Inlet Beach and Alys Beach, all within a short distance of the property! Or relax and enjoy a cup of tea or a glass of wine on your very own secluded screened in porch or the newly added front porch.

Wanderawhile30A sleeps 10 and is perfect for two families! The house has 3 bedrooms all with their own private en-suite bathroom.

Beach & Bath towels, linens and a kitchen starter pack are also provided. Pack n’ Play and high chair are available.

The large custom-built dining room table seats 6 , the extended kitchen island seats 6, and the outdoor dining screen porch seats 5 which provides room for everyone to spread out during meals..

Other amenities include fully equipped kitchen, including a Keurig coffee maker, flat screen tv’s in every bedroom, washer/dryer, board games, cards, WIFI, two parking spaces, an outdoor hand shower and curbside trash pick-up twice a week.

House Rules: Absolutely no smoking allowed on the property at any time . As much as we love pets, they are unfortunately not allowed on the property. An adult 25 years old or older must be staying on property with all guests during the full duration of the rental period. The property sleeps 10, parties larger than 10 (excluding newborns/infants) cannot be accommodated.

Relaxing vacation

This rental is lovely and well equipped. Communication with owner was super easy. The pool is close and very nice. It was easy to get around the area since spring break had ended. We would definitely rent this home again.

Family Spring Break

We had a great stay, as a family of 5 (kids age 4,7 and 9) the home was beautiful yet comfortable and clean. Access to beach was easier than anticipated. Beds were super comfy (I’ve been to others with terrible mattresses). Shopping and dining an easy 5 minute bike ride or 20 minute walk! Only thing I would have loved was if the community pool was heated, which sounds like something that may happen in the future! The water was too chilly to swim when we were there end of March. My kids enjoyed the train set on the one rainy day we had. Home was well stocked! Thanks again!

Rosemary Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Great location and easy access to beach and down town. The bikes were a highlight and they provided many extras as far as kids toys, bikes etc. We look forward to staying here again!

Great family vacation rental

This property is a great place for families to stay! It is on a quiet street but so close to all the shops/beaches. We really enjoyed taking the bikes around town. One thing that would make the house even better is a gas grill, having to mess with charcoal was a bit time consuming. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again!

The TreeTop gated community in Seacrest Beach offers the peacefulness and privacy we look forward to in addition to the close proximity to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. We can easily walk or bicycle to many restaurants, coffee shops, shopping center and of course the candy store as often as we'd like. This property offered the best of both worlds!
