This fabulous *Southside 30A* 3 bedroom 3 bath penthouse condo is in the perfect location! In the heart of Rosemary Beach, overlooking the town center, and the rooftops of the community. It is an easy walk or bike ride to all restaurants, shops, Western Green, and the Gulf of Mexico!

Just off of the living area is the master suite. This room features a King-size bed, a seating area, and a large flat-screen TV. The master bathroom boasts a jetted tub, a large walk-in stone tile shower, and a double vanity. The master bedroom also has private access to the balcony overlooking the South side green in Rosemary Beach. Adorn the comfortable and open spaces of the living area. crown molding and extensive Luxury designer furnishings.

The kitchen boasts Viking stainless steel appliances, SieMatic kitchen cabinets, and granite countertops. The Breakfast Bar/Island provides a place to prepare dinner, as well as 2 more dining spaces. We loved it!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just returned from a spring break trip at this condo and couldn't be happier with our experience! It was the perfect location, the property was clean and more spacious than the pictures online suggest. The only issue we had was the noise from the construction below us. There were several times throughout the day where the pounding and banging was loud and irritating. Not sure when the construction will be completed, but something to consider if you're going soon:). Otherwise, a fantastic stay!

Holiday Break

The location is fantastic and the rental is very clean except the showers could be a little cleaner. I notice dirt collected along the handles. FYI the third bedroom with twin beds does not have a door just a curtain. It was a tight squeeze for my two adult college students. Also although clear in the pictures, I missed the info on one of the bathrooms in the queen does not have a shower which was inconvenient. Overall we enjoyed our time in RM and the location is unbeatbable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely LOVED this condo, it is beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, spacious, and it has a corner wrap around porch that is the perfect spot for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. We were here for a wedding at the Town Center and this condo is just across the street. Wonderful location and the parking spot was spacious as well!!

Beautiful condo centrally located to many businesses

We had an outstanding experience here. It was just me and my wife on our honeymoon, but we could have easily fit 4 more people. The condo is spacious and very clean. Just an elevator ride away from several restaurants and shops. 3-4 minute walk to the beach. Will definitely stay here again!
