The PTO Cottage is a gorgeous Rosemary Beach home sure to fulfill your highest expectations of the perfect beach vacation home!
Professionally decorated from floor to ceiling, this property boasts elegance and class. You’ll find a mix of colors and modern beach accents like driftwood, cork, and seashells throughout.

Once through the sitting room, you will find yourself in an open-concept kitchen and dining room with all Viking appliances and a gorgeous wood dining table with a high-back chair on one side, bench seating on the other, and two end chairs to complete the table. The living room is just past the stairs and is flooded with natural light from the many windows and another set of french doors leading to the side of the house and the boardwalk to the beach.

On the second level, you’ll find two master suites wonderfully decorated, each with a king bed and double vanity bathrooms. The laundry closet is just off the 2nd-floor landing. There is also a balcony that connects each master suite and the second-floor landing that provides some wonderful fresh air when the weather is cool.

Moving up to the third level, this loft-style room holds has a large couch, a flat-screen TV & full bathroom. Off each side of the loft TV room is a small ladder with twin parallel twin beds on one side and two twin beds in a hallway shaped like a "J". The kids will love these rooms, as they’ll be like their own little fort for their time at the beach.

The courtyard is fully furnished and provides access to the gas grill. Reserved parking for one vehicle will be provided with this home, as well as four complimentary YOLO bikes.
