Perfect getaway!

Property is located in a beautiful neighborhood, with great shops and restaurants within just a few minutes walk. The beach was also an easy walk and having the wagon and cooler provided with the house was a bonus. The beds were comfortable and linens were nice. We will definitely recommend to friends and family vacationing in Rosemary Beach.

Great place great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property manager was awesome and very helpful. It was a great size for a weekend getaway with friends. The location was awesome because we could walk to everything in Rosemary quickly.

Wonderful home!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family-clean, Convenient, well-stocked, great beds and porches! The location can not be beat. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. We will make a point to stay at this house again. What a great vacation!

Paradise Found

We planned a surprise 70th Birthday trip for my mom. She had always heard great things about Rosemary Beach and it was everything she’d hoped for and more. The cottage we rented was beautiful, clean, well designed and in a picture perfect location. All the amenities were great, beds were comfy and the proximity to everything was perfect.

The Happy House

My family and I, including two little kids, had the best time staying at the Happy House. The owner was easy to communicate with, we had plenty of utensils and towels (including beach towels), and the rooms and layout of the place worked great for our needs. The girls especially loved the bunk beds in their room. The location was great and the neighbors super quiet. Overall, it was a 5 star experience and we cannot wait to come back.

Great Family vacation

Beautiful property located adjacent to a playground and one of the pools. We enjoyed riding our bikes to town and the beach. The grill didn't work and Cheryl replaced it immediately.

Charming and perfectly located

Exactly what we were looking for! We took our son, daughter in law and grandson. The home was perfectly set up. Full kitchen, outdoor grill and everything needed to cook for the family. A short ten minute stroll to the beautiful beach and shops of Rosemary Beach. This place is perfect for a family or good friends to enjoy! We’ll be back!

Excellent location!

We really enjoyed our stay & would definitely stay again. The property is conveniently located. We could take our daughter across the street to the park, to the pool or beach in minutes. I loved being able to bike anywhere in town. We didn’t have any major issues and the small one we had (blown light in shower) was promptly resolved.

Wonderful location and beautiful house!

We enjoyed a wonderful week at Rosemary beach! The house is just steps away from one of the pools and a short walk to the beach and shops/restaurants! The house was well equipped with bikes, kitchen appliances, beach towels and outdoor shower! The beds were very comfortable as well. We used the Rosemary gym and loved that the kids could bike around the Rosemary neighborhood. We will be back!

Great Spring Break Week

Had a great time with 5 of our 6 kids for spring break! The house is incredibly located to everything. Pool out the front door. Downtown just a block away. Easy access to the beach. It has everything you need in the home. Loved drinking our morning coffee on the porch every day. Would go again!!

A wonderful family & friendly place

We found learning about Rosemary Beach to be a wonderful and happy experience. The home we stayed in is in a perfect location. It's well furnished with a very comfortable master bedroom. A pleasant surprise to be so close to the pool and an easy walk to the beach. Any problems or concerns will be addressed quickly. A visit to the Donut Hole is a must in the morning and a short walk any time to Kilwins is so easy. This is a must visit community.

Amazing week in Rosemary Beach

We are regular guests in Rosemary Beach, but this was our first time in a home in the neighborhood behind the town center, and it did not disappoint! The location of the house was perfect - right next to a pool and playground for the kids, one block from shops and restaurants, and a quick walk or bike ride down to the beautiful Rosemary beaches. Our family of five had plenty of space to spread out (the boys loved the bunk beds) and we found ourselves on the front porch playing games and having an afternoon snack almost daily. We will definitely stay at this amazing house again!

Clean and Great zlocation

Excellent stay. Directly across from pool and mini playground. 2 short blocks to a coffee shop which we frequented daily. Very clean and pics match the listing. We enjoyed having the bikes, they were used a lot. Living room is a little small but this wouldn’t prevent us staying again. Outdoor grill area is lovely! Would recommend!

Great Place

3 adults and 2 young kids and size of home was great. Everything seemed clean. Master bed was comfortable. Location was good. About a 2 minute walk to Barrett Square and about 7-8 minutes to the beach. Had one small issue with trash area outside and it was fixed/cleaned in-short order. Would recommend.

Perfect home for our family fall break

The home was wonderful. Across the street from the cabana pool which served as a useful landmark for the kids finding their way back home on their bikes. Easy walk to the restaurants and beach. Lovely interior with large front porch and balcony off master. Small kitchen and living space, but just the right size for our group of 2 adults and 3 teens. Cheryl was an attentive and responsive manager, making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Will happily book this home again!

Cute cottage close to everything

We really loved our stay at this little cottage in Rosemary Beach. We were literally one block from the town square, right across the street from one of the pools and a park. It had everything we needed and I was very impressed with the quality of bedding and towels provided. The front porch swing was one of my favorite things and it was nice to be able to swing on the front porch with our coffee every morning. The master downstairs was a little tight, but we made it work. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect summer vaca beach house

As regular visitors of Rose Mary Beach we always find a different house to stay in. After this visit we would probably make this house our regular vaca house. Great location and great management. A strong came in and knocked out the internet. After calling management and getting a quick response how to reboot the router we were up and running again. The management was quick to follow up later to make sure we were good. Kudos management.

Charming and convenient

My parents, 12 year old son, and I vacationed at Happy House to celebrate my mother’s 70th birthday. One of the things we enjoyed most was riding the provided bikes around Rosemary and down 30a. The proximity to the pool was nice too. The town itself was charming and had so many nice places to eat and shop and of course, a beautiful beach. The house was conveniently located- all that Rosemary has to offer was a short walk or bike ride away. The home was cozy and very clean. As a Louisiana girl I appreciated the lagniappe- local coffee provided, laundry detergent etc. These are the little touches that made us feel right at home.

Beautiful, clean, relaxing

This property is just as described. It was great for our family! Would easily sleep two couple plus 4 children. There is also a cozy sleeping nook off the living area. We loved the porches and the close proximity to the town square. The managers were very responsive and nice when we had an issue with the bunk bed mattresses. The furnishings are new and beautiful. Just what you would expect from a Rosemary Beach property:) Thank you for a wonderful stay! I’d give it a 5 star except for the bunk beds- but i think they are remedying the issue!

Great for kids and grandparents.

House worked for our family and the grandparents. A bit of a walk to the beach but we made use of the house's wagon to take all of our stuff with us. Kitchen could use a few more supplies (cocktail shaker, lemon press). Also the pillows on the King beds were incredibly thick and hard but luckily we were only using two of the four bunk beds so we were able to swap out some of those pillows. Front porch swing was a delight for our girls or for morning coffee. The bikes are definitely not as nice as the ones you can rent but we used them anyway and biked to Alys beach several times and they worked great. Would recommend the house but may try and stay a bit closer to the beach next time.

The BEST home away from home

This was my first family vacation to Rosemary Beach & it was amazing! The rental was so cute & cozy - truly perfect for our family (ages 14, 13, 4 & 2). The location was 10/10! Close to literally everything (playground, pools, shops, restaurants, beach) & the bike rentals were clutch for getting around. We rented a cart from Peddler’s to attach to one of the bikes for our small kids for the week & it was so fun & reasonably priced. Would highly recommend! Love, love, loved it! Will definitely come return & stay here again!
