Luxurious 3 bedroom 1300 square foot condo with 2 Full bathrooms recently updated. Recent updates include new paint, furniture, washer and dryer, beds, art work, linens, kitchen items, and lighting. Condo is kept exceptionally clean!! Private covered balcony facing 30A is accessible from the living room and master. Amenities include deeded beach access, two private pools in the condo complex, shuttle service to the beach, and BBQ area. The complimentary tram will take you to or from the beach every 10 minutes seasonally. Or just walk the short distance. The Village is located in Seacrest Beach with Rosemary Beach as a neighbor (1.5 blocks) to the east and Alys Beach as a neighbor to the west. Shops, restaurants and entertainment are all within a one minute walk. New pool, hot tub, and splash pad directly across from the condo!! Nearest Beach: Seacrest Beach at Sunset Beach, 200 meters Nearest Golf: Camp Creek Golf Club, 1.1 miles Nearest Restaurant: La Cocina Mexican Grill and Bar, Acme Ice House, Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, and Pizza by the Sea are located at The Village. Peddlers is located on the property for bike rentals. So there is no need to drive! Everything is within walking distance. Master Bedroom has a King bed and a flat screen TV, attached full bathroom with separate tub and walk in shower and a large closet. Second Bedroom has a Queen bed and TV and a closet and the Third Bedroom has 2 full size bunk beds and a TV. Both of these bedrooms share the hallway bathroom which has one sink and a tub/shower combo.

Charming condo with great location

Charming condo overlooking the action of 30A. Lots to do in the courtyard and just a quick walk or bike ride to everything you need. Very clean. We had a great time.

We brought our two daughters here for a beach vacation. The location is perfect for the family. You go downstairs to rent a bike or enjoy food and live music in the pavilion. The trams were a quick ride to the beach.

We absolutely love the 30a area! It is very family orientated and there is so much to do whether it's biking, walking, swimming, paddle boarding, fishing, shopping, etc. There is always some type of festival/activity going on in the area. You will never want to leave!

Why they chose this property

Absolutely amazing location! Second floor unit on 30A with great views of the area and activity. Since it's on 30A, the location is quiet and peaceful. You will love the close proximity to Rosemary Beach for a cup of coffee or tea at Amavida in the morning, bookstores, toy shops, restaurants, shopping, hair salons, and home interior stores. There is also a market right below our unit. Pizza by the sea, Peddlers bike rentals, ice cream, a Donut shop, and La Cocina Mexican Grill are all within steps of our property.
