Sunset Villas Unit 101B

Perfect location overlooking the pool and the beautiful turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Sunset Condos are located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach within a gated community with your own private beach. Great restaurants, bars and coffee shops are all within walking distance. Cycling, jogging and walking on the fantastic 30A is at your doorstep.

This spacious condo is furnished with bedding, linen, beach and bath towels. We also include 4 backpack style beach chairs and an umbrella. After a day at the beach relax on the spacious patio overlooking the pool and ocean with stunning sunsets.

This first floor condo is conveniently set on one level, so no steps to get to the pool (pool heated November - April).

*** Master Bedroom is very spacious and has a walk in closet and full bathroom with tub and walk in shower, with 2 separate vanities.

*** Queen bedroom with full en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo.

***Queen bedroom with tub/shower combo off the hall.

We provide you with a startup supply of paper and cleaning products.
All showers are equipped with soap/shampoo/conditioner.
All vanities and kitchen have antibacterial hand soap dispensers.

Was at this property last August and loved it.There was some confusion about check in but that was rectified fairly quickly however there were some issues that the owner should be made aware of:Only 1 key fob for 6 clientsMaster bathroom and tub in middle bath sink leaks1 roll tp in each bathOnly one bath towel per personBroken chairs on patio (armrests)Ice maker doesn’t put out iceDryer takes about an hour to dry towels-may need cleaned.Just things that would help in customer satisfaction.

The pictures don’t show just how spacious this rental is! You can walk or bike to all the restaurants and shops. It was great to sit on the patio and listen to the waves every morning. We will definitely be back!

While we enjoyed our stay at this condo, the communication with the host left something to be desired. Before we checked in we had 2 guests decide to come along and knowing we had plenty of beds for them, I let the host know. Her response, while she allowed the extra guests, was very passive aggressive and were told we needed to pay extra, which we did promptly and without question. From that point on it became apparent that we were being tolerated as guests. Be aware, the condo has the bare minimum supplies needed for your stay. 1 towel person but no laundry pods. We had 6 adults and were given 3 dishwasher pods and we had to purchase more toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags because we were provided so few. There are quite a few things broken or not properly working but after I brought up a minor issue with the host and was immediately met with defensiveness I didn’t feel like bringing anything else up to her. The front door has no interior lock so if you have small children, be aware that they can open the door themselves. The beach area you have access to is packed full of people by 10am because rental chairs take up most of the beach. We were setting our chairs up by 6am every day just to get a good spot. Overall the condo is extremely spacious and the location is great. The host made sure to remind me she was a “premiere host” and I believe being a great host starts before your guests check in and unfortunately she didn’t meet the standard I’ve come accustomed to.

Guest review facts are incorrect. My website and rental agreement clearly state 6 people maximum, as that is the most we can sleep in beds. Website also states that we supply a start-up of supplies, 2 jumbo toilet rolls per toilet plus 16oz shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in each of the 3 bathrooms and hand wash at each basin. Guest made a claim 48 hours/2 days after check in that the floors were slippery and hazardous. Even though my post clean inspection revealed squeaky clean floors, I took this complaint seriously and even being a Sunday night, I immediately said that I will come over and inspect the cause of this and rectify the matter. She denied me access that day and for the remainder of her stay to determine if her claim was correct? After check out there was NO evidence of slippery floors.

Everything is great at this condo. This was my second year staying there. The only issue was the TV for the first two days could not figure out how to do the channels but when message the owner, they responded back with details. Wish your dryers were great the only issues you don’t get the view of the beach, but we’re not in our condo all day long. We were out and about other than that five star review.

Thank you for the review and glad you enjoyed your stay. We routinely clear out the dryer ducts. Just to confirm, the dryer has 3 heat settings and dries a large load in approximately 60 minutes. We do state with pictures on our website that we do have sea views, but not sea views, as we are set back from the dunes with only the pool between the unit and the beach.
