You will be just steps away from the community private pool and beach access. The kitchen is full stocked and has a island with bar seating for two - the dining table has seating for eight. The living room has cozy seating with stunning views of the emerald waters. There is also a laundry room in the unit with a full size washer/dryer.

The open concept allows easy transitions and ample space for everyone to gather in the kitchen, living and dining areas. The doors open up to a spacious private balcony where you can drink in the views and eat a meal out on the porch with beach breezes. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king size guest bed and private en suite complete with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo. There is a guest room with a queen size bed and private en suite complete with a single sink and shower/tub combo. Additionally there is another quest bedroom and the last bedroom has a twin over twin bunk as well as a queen size bed. The last two guest rooms have shared hall access to a bathroom with a single sink and shower. 

This condo is within walking distance to Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and the center of Seacrest Beach. Peddlers Pavilion is at the center of the Seacrest Beach Town Center and has ample shops, restaurants, small convenience store and more! Head over to Alys Beach or Rosemary Beach to enjoy the world famous architecture that makes 30A so unique!

3) This property has 4 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) Golf Cart Rentals are NOT permitted in Rosemary, Seacrest or Alys Beach.
