This house was beautiful, had plenty of sleeping spaces, and was in a great gated neighborhood. This house was also steps away from the beach and local shopping and eateries.

Wonderful place to stay. Private beach, family community feel and close to everything. Had a small hiccup but is was addressed very quickly and professionally.. Having the family together and making memories was well worth it. Would definitely recommend.

Beach Getaways

Blair was a fantastic host! She was quick to respond and the house was perfect for our family. Plus the beach access as amazing- steps away and a little more secluded than other beaches. We were super grateful for the opportunity to get away and stay here.

Amazing Family Vacation!

The home was perfect for our family vacation this year. From the short easy walk to the beach and quick access to all that Rosemary has to offer our trip was amazing. Blair was an amazing host and was there to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend staying here if you love great beaches, great food and shopping!

Great Beach Stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house! The location was perfect, offering easy access to both the beach and the town, making our vacation convenient and enjoyable. Waters Edge home was fabulous!!

House was wonderful! Great location. Short walk to beach and to nearby shops and restaurants. House was stocked well with beach towels and extra tp and trash bags.

Amazing home !!! Wonderful location

Hard to find words to explain but we had an amazing 7 day stay at this beautiful home. It had everything we could possibly need. The host took care of us in every way and tended to anything that came up but not much came up that needed host’s attention.

Perfect getaway

Loved the Rosemary Beach location! Shopping and many places to eat! Easy and private access to beach. Having private pool was wonderful! Kitchen fully stocked with everything needed. Third floor was perfect for kids! Enough room for entire family to have own space and own bathrooms!!

We love the Water’s Edge community. We have stayed in other houses there. The location is perfect. Very walkable to lots of food, shopping, and obviously the beach. This house was good and we enjoyed our stay. The beds were clean and comfortable. It could use some cosmetic love…and a cleaning on the furniture. Otherwise, great.

Emphasis on the YAY!!

Our stay at ChardonYAY was amazing! Blair was the most responsive host, and when we ran into few issues (outside of anyone's control) she worked hard to make things right. We would highly recommend this perfect location, clean house (comfortable beds!) and welcoming host.

The house was just as described. There was plenty of room for our entire family and room for everyone to have some privacy. The heated pool was so nice to have- especially with our 13 month old grandson. There were a couple of things I had to contact Blair about and she was right on it. Great communication and she had the issues taken care of right away. The walk to the beach was only a couple of minutes and that was important to us. The beach chair service was great and nice to have 2 included with the stay. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful FL vacation!

This house and neighborhood were perfect for our family vacation! Blair (owner) was incredibly responsive and helpful and I enjoyed interacting with her throughout the booking process and our stay. Our kids loved their time at the beach and the pool at the house was great too! The layout is perfect for families with kids and it has all the amenities you could need. We hope to come back :)

Home Away from Home

Such a wonderful home and perfect location. The owner was so accommodating and easy to communicate. The home itself is exactly as listed. So comfortable, beautifully decorated and plenty of space. Definitely would recommend this rental.
