It is beautifully furnished and decorated, fully equipped, and it features a lovely private balcony-garden. Whether you're a business traveler, a couple enjoying a romantic getaway, or a family, my apartment -located in the best neighborhood for sightseeing and exploring Athens- will simply make your stay unforgettable.

The apartment is 86 square meters (925 square foot), on the 3rd floor, and has its own private balcony-garden.

The living room features a sofa-bed, comfortable armchairs and a dining area that can comfortably sit 6 people.

The balcony is a green oasis with its own patio furniture where you can enjoy your coffee or dinner.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the crockery, cutlery, utensils and equipment you may need for preparing meals (including frying pan, three sizes of cooking pots, coffee machine, kettle, toaster).

There's plenty of storage space with two chests of drawers in the master bedroom and a built-in wardrobe in the hallway. I will provide you with bed linen, blankets and bath towels.

For families with babies, I can provide a baby cot, baby chair, and toddler toiler seat at no extra cost.

The apartment has an LG 32-inch widescreen TV with Netflix and a great selection of satellite channels, such as BBC World News, Deutche Welle, Bloomberg, Aljazeera, SKY News, Euro News, RAI 1, France24, TVE Internacional, FOX, and Disney.
