Not what was advertised
The pics on Vrbo May exist but it is not what we got. When we went to check in the lady told us due to some repairs we were being up graded to lake front...so one in front of the one we booked. It looks NOTHING like the photos. It has not been updated at all, there is actual duct tape holding ply wood around the sink, the bathroom was old and dated and tiny. The living area was just part of a couch. The porch outside looked like
It was separating from the house? Luckily we were only there to sleep really...we did not cook at all there and I would not have wanted to if I needed to. The office was never open any of the days we were there to even begin to make a complaint. I contacted the email given to ask about WiFi and have never received a return email. This is the first time, and I have used vrbo many times, that is was NOTHING like the pictures. I feel like this is what they do....they have multiple cottages right there on the lake, they have remodeled and post pics of only one, and then put people in the others once it’s too late to cancel, we were there and needed a place to stay. Also they don’t have towels and wash clothes in the cottage. When we checked in she asked if we brought our own....which we did not...and then were given two very small towels and 1 wash cloth?? I would not book this one again that’s for sure.
