ROAD NOISE As Linden Lodge is positioned on the Great Western Highway, there may be potential for road noise.
FEES The base tariff includes 10 people; extra guests incur an additional fee per person, per night. Pet Fees are $50 per pet, per night, payable separately after booking. Electric car charging is $20 per use, payable separately after booking.
PETS Pets incur a fee of $50 per pet, per night, in addition to the reservation cost. Please inform us if you plan to bring pets; a payment request will follow. Pets are not permitted on furniture, beds, or linens. Ensure you bring your pets own bedding, bowls, and poo bags. Clean up after your pet and ensure they do not damage property or disturb neighbours. A $60 charge will apply for any excrement left behind. Fines will be imposed for any breaches of these terms. The property has secure fencing along the highway side boundary, but is open on the other three sides.
ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING FEE Please advise if you intend to use the house electricity to charge your electric car. There is a fee of $20 per charge, which is charged separately. Kindly inform us of the number of times you plan to charge your car during your stay. There is no dedicated EV port at the property. Guests will need to bring their own extension lead and EV-compatible charging cable to connect to the propertys electricity supply.
CLEANING FEE The cleaning fee reflects the actual cost of professional cleaning and linen hire for each booking.
TELEVISION Please note that poor weather conditions may affect live free-to-air channels. We cannot guarantee a consistent television signal. On-demand channels and streaming apps are available through the Smart TV using your accounts.
FIREWOOD SEASON 1st April - 31st October. A starter welcome pack of firewood, firelighters, and matches is provided during firewood season for your first night. Further firewood and firelighters can be purchased at local petrol stations.

9PM OUTDOOR NOISE RESTRICTION CURFEW For the comfort of our neighbours, please adhere to a noise curfew from 9pm to 8am in all outdoor areas. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a quiet environment during these hours.
IN-HOUSE GUESTS ONLY This property is exclusively for registered guests. It cannot be used for gatherings or events, and no additional visitors are allowed without permission.
NO PARTY OR NOISE DISRUPTION POLICY We enforce a strict no-party and no-noise disruption policy. As this is a quiet residential area, any breach will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
PAYMENT POLICY Deposit: A minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings made more than 30 days before the arrival date. Balance Security Bond: The remaining balance and the refundable security bond must be paid 30 days before the arrival date. Full Payment: For bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date, full payment and the refundable security bond are required at the time of booking. Transaction Fee: A non-refundable 2.9% Stripe transaction fee applies to all payments, including the bond. Statement: Payments will appear as ACCOMMODATE BLUE MOUNT LENNOX HEAD on your bank statement. Agreement: By making payments, you agree to our terms and conditions. Bond Refund: Bond refunds are processed 7 business days after check-out and may take 5-10 days to appear in your bank account.
CANCELLATION POLICY Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made within 30 days before arrival are non-refundable. Cancellations made 31 days or more before arrival incur a non-refundable AU$5.00 channel manager fee. Date Transfers: Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date. Event Cancellations: Accommodated is not responsible for the cancellation of events, functions, or activities, which are subject to our standard cancellation policy. COVID-19 Lockdown: If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change.

Beautiful home overlooking National Park with room for all of us.
We had a wonderful time at linden lodge. There was enough room for all of us and to have 2 areas for entertainment was great. The central heating and the heaters in the bedrooms made the stay very comfortable. I would recommend anyone to stay at the property
Lots of options for sleeping arrangements, a well equipped kitchen for easy meal prep and a huge dining table where the family could meet. Our dog loved the rolling lawns!

We had a lovely stay, the views are phenomenal, the area outside is excellent the kids had multiple places to play around in different areas as did the adults, we could hang out in two different seating areas which was so nice especially with a big group
The area and bedrooms inside were so spacious still have your own privacy whilst enjoying the two living areas

Bedrooms were spacious and lots of beds to fit everyone comfortably
The kitchen was well stocked it has everything you need to cook a home cooked meal
Two fridges in the kitchen was a great thing to have as we stocked one fridge with water and drinks and then still had enough room in the other fridge for food and snacks
The dining room was large and enough seats for a very large group
This is definitely worth a stay and would love to go back
A plus is its also only 35 mins from the west

Bathtooms has shampoo conditio er and toilet paper was well stocked didnt have yo buy any extra usually we have to at other places we have stayed at
The travellers and support guides all had an absolutely amazing time at Linden Lodge. It was very spacious, and they all loved the big dining room, fireplace, and greenery around the property. We would love to come back.
Had a nice 3 day getaway with a few friends and family to celebrate my 50th.
The property was great for our little get together. Plenty of room for us all, had everything we needed there and was clean and tidy. I would recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful house; spectacular outlook
This is an extremely spacious and gracious house which offered splendid accommodation for our party of 10. The references to a quiet neighbourhood are somewhat misleading as the property fronts on to the Great Western Highway. That said, many of the rooms are quiet and basically free of traffic and rail noise.
