2 stages cottage house 50 meters away from the best Solana's beach . Comfortable, fresh, rustic for 7 people. 5 minutes away from the Punta del Este Airport . Wi-fi service, privileged zone near of all services, spermarkets, restaurants, and so on. 10 minutos away from Punta del Este Centre. Bedroom 1 with double bed and a crib , bedroom 2 with 3single beds , hall with another bed, full bedroom with shower, bidet and hot water .Sitting room with fireplace, dinner room, kitchen, service room and a small bathroom with shower . Washing machine. A comfortable, big and lighted barbacue. Green, big and wide yard. Alarm system covering all the house.
